How to get the stone you want!

With March now here, we are hoping the long winter is over. We are expecting snow but everything else has been melted into the ground! Here are some business practices that we have had to adopt to conserve time and agony.

1) I had to get rid of the Virtual Rock yard, but you can call me at the business number 435-625-1474 or email to virtualrockyard@gmail.com and I will still send you a stone if you desire. I will even send you my cell number for future reference! This way I can tailor your desires to a stone or order that would work for you.

2) Also I cannot take pictures of rocks anymore to give a virtual shopping experience individually. Especially without payment. If you are new, you can trust us, as we have been selling alabaster for 30 years. I will try my best to get you what you want but being too specific, deletes possible choices that might be better for your carving experience. Most of our stones are natural shapes that occur as we break it down, but we do cut stones upon request for an extra charge.

3) Finally, your order must be paid to work on it or get it ready.

We operate on a first come, first serve basis. We strive to get the order out as close to the end of the week ordered as possible. If your order is larger or it may take some time for us to fill it, you can give us a heads up but we must receive a partial payment to keep it valid. We have so many visitors!

4) Visits to the yard should be directed to my cell so I can be there to open the gate. Send a message to virtualrockyard@gmail.com and I will send you my cell number and a map. We are closed on Sundays, but since I live close by, any other day is usually ok.
